Japan Launch Pilot is a collaborative program for overseas artists, models, streamers, VTubers and other creators interested in reaching audiences in Japan.
Japan Launch Pilotは、日本で活動を広げたい海外のアーティスト、モデル、配信者、VTuberなどを対象とする共同実証プログラムです。
Together, we adapt your existing work for Japanese audiences, create opportunities for fan interaction, and test whether that interest can lead to purchases or business inquiries.
既存の作品や素材を日本向けに整え、ファンとの交流をつくり、関心を購入や仕事の問い合わせにつなげられるか、一緒に検証します。
Core pilot support is free. Participation is limited to a small number of selected partners. We will begin with one partner and start further projects gradually as capacity allows.
基本の実証支援は無料です。参加者は少数限定とし、まず1組から、対応可能な範囲で順次開始します。
What We Explore Together

We prepare Japanese content using your work, photos, videos and profile. We also plan opportunities for interaction, including questions, replies and live streams where appropriate.
作品・写真・動画・プロフィールを活用し、日本向けのコンテンツを作成します。質問・返信・生配信など、活動に合う交流の方法も検討します。
Depending on your activity, we select an initial opportunity to test, such as music or merchandise, photo and video sales, memberships, or inquiries about collaborations and paid work.
活動に応じて、楽曲・物販、写真・動画販売、会員サービス、協業や仕事の問い合わせなどから、最初に試す収益機会を選びます。
We review audience response, purchases, inquiries, revenue and costs, helping you decide what to develop next.
反応、購入、問い合わせ、売上と費用を確認し、次にどの活動を伸ばすかを判断する材料にします。

Week 0: Consultation
0週目：相談・参加確認
Share your activity, work and social links, and what you hope to achieve in Japan. Please tell us about your management team and any existing partners in Japan.
活動内容、作品・SNSのURL、日本で実現したいことを共有してください。所属事務所や日本側の既存パートナーがあれば、あわせてお知らせください。
We review your goals and discuss whether the pilot fits your activity and our available capacity.
ご希望を確認し、活動内容と対応可能な体制を踏まえて、実証への参加を相談します。
Week 1: Planning and Preparation
1週目：計画・素材準備
You provide materials and your profile. Together, we agree on the content or offer, channels, goals, responsibilities, material rights and approval process.
素材とプロフィールをご提供いただきます。対象コンテンツ・商品・媒体・目標、役割分担、素材の権利、投稿の承認方法などを一緒に決めます。
We then begin preparing content for Japanese audiences.
合意した内容に基づき、日本向けコンテンツの準備を始めます。
Around Week 2: First Post and Launch
約2週目：初投稿・公開開始
You approve the initial posts and help with introductions or short videos where appropriate. We publish the first content, check inquiry or purchase links, and plan direct interaction.
初回の投稿案をご確認いただき、自己紹介やショート動画などにご協力いただきます。初投稿を公開し、問い合わせ・購入の導線を確認するとともに、直接交流を企画します。
Eight Weeks After Launch: Publishing and Testing
初投稿後8週間：発信・交流・改善
We generally publish every 3–7 days, depending on the agreed plan, materials and approvals.
投稿は原則3〜7日に1回を目安とし、合意した計画、素材、承認状況に応じて調整します。
You review content and share materials approximately once a week, help with agreed fan interaction, and share relevant engagement, purchase and inquiry data.
週1回程度の内容確認・素材共有、合意した範囲での交流、反応・購入・問い合わせデータの共有をお願いします。
We review progress two, four and six weeks after the first post, then improve the content and approach.
初投稿の2・4・6週後に途中検証を行い、コンテンツと進め方を改善します。
Eight Weeks After the First Post: Final Review
初投稿8週後：最終検証
We review audience response, purchases, inquiries, revenue and costs together. You then decide whether to continue, change the approach or finish the project.
反応、購入、問い合わせ、売上と費用を一緒に確認し、継続・変更・終了を判断します。
The schedule and content volume are proposals. We agree on the scope before starting and adjust timing when necessary.
期間や投稿数は目安です。開始前に支援範囲を合意し、必要に応じて日程を調整します。

Free Core Pilot Support
無料の基本実証支援
The agreed preparation and core support through the final review eight weeks after the first post are free. We confirm the channels, content volume and work included before starting.
合意した準備と、初投稿8週後の最終検証までの基本支援は無料です。媒体、コンテンツ数、対応する作業は開始前に決めます。
Separate Expenses and Optional Services
別途実費・有料オプション
Advertising, sales platform or payment fees, and agreed external production expenses are outside the free support.
広告費、販売・決済手数料、合意した外部制作費などの実費は、無料支援に含まれません。
Photo/video shoots and visit projects in Japan are optional. Availability and fees require a separate quote and prior agreement.
日本での写真・動画撮影や訪日企画は、希望に応じてご相談いただけます。実施可否・料金は別途見積し、事前に合意します。
Continued Support After the Pilot
実証終了後の継続支援
Continued support is paid and begins only after we agree on the scope, fees and plan. There is no automatic transition to a paid service or obligation to continue.
実証終了後の継続支援は有料です。支援範囲・料金・計画に合意してから開始し、自動的な有料移行や継続の義務はありません。
Explore Japan Before Planning a Visit
来日前から、日本での可能性を探る
You can participate remotely. A visit to Japan is not required.
来日せずに参加できます。訪日は参加の必須条件ではありません。
If you wish to visit, we can discuss how photo/video shoots and related projects could support your activity. Content created in Japan can also help you stay connected with fans after returning home.
訪日をご希望の場合は、撮影や関連企画を活動にどう活かせるかをご相談いただけます。日本で撮影した素材は、帰国後の発信やファンとの交流にも活用できます。
Participation

We welcome creators and management teams who are interested in Japan and can provide materials, approve content and collaborate within the agreed scope.
日本展開に関心があり、素材提供・内容確認・合意した範囲での協力が可能な本人や所属チームからのご相談を歓迎します。
Participation depends on project fit and our available capacity. An inquiry does not guarantee acceptance.
活動内容と対応可能な体制を確認して参加を決定するため、お問い合わせだけで参加確定にはなりません。
This is an experimental program. Audience growth, sales, appearances and paid work are not guaranteed.
実証のため、ファンの増加、売上、出演、仕事の獲得を保証する企画ではありません。
